The Downtown Parking Garage provides convenient parking offering 384 parking spaces. If you’re a downtown business owner, employee or visitor the garage provides affordable all-day parking.

Entrances located on Callan Avenue and Estudillo Avenue between E 14th Street and Harrison Street.
HOURS
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m Monday–Saturday
No overnight parking between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.

Pay for hourly and daily parking through the convenience of pay stations.
New Pay Stations in the Downtown Parking Garage are pay-by-plate operated making it easier for customers to pay for parking using their license plate number.
Customers no longer need to display a receipt on their windshield or have a placard that indicates paid parking, rather the parking attendant verifies the customers parking session using our new integrated license plate system.
How to use the pay stations:
- Press START key to wake up the pay station.
- Enter your License Plate using the keypad.
- Insert payment (coins or credit card).
- Use the +/-/MAX key to increase or decrease time limit on the 1st floor.
- Press MAX key to pay the $2.50 flat rate for All Day Parking on the 4th floor.
- Press PRINT when don with selection.
- Transaction Finished.
*REMEMBER: No need to display receipt, your license plate serves as proof of payment.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE
STEP TWO:
Select I need to register as a new permit holder to create a user name and password.
STEP THREE:
Select a permit type from the drop down list.
STEP FOUR:
Complete the Vehicle Schedule section and select Request Permit to continue to permit summary.
STEP FIVE:
Select the permit you have entered and click on Pay for Selected Permits when you are ready to pay.
OR:
To add multiple permits select Request a New Permit until you have the desired quantity and then click on Pay for Selected Permits
STEP SIX:
Enter your credit card information and Complete Payment.
