DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE
This permit is $35 per month and allows ONLY Downtown Employees to park on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Downtown Parking Garage marked “Permit Only” and in Designated Employee Parking Areas. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon availability.
LOW-INCOME EMPLOYEE
This permit is $15 per month and allows Downtown Employees making minimum wage to park on the 2nd and 3rd floors marked “Permit Only” and in Designated Employee Parking Areas. Proof of current employment at a downtown business and minimum-wage earnings is required for this permit. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon availability.
WASHINGTON PLAZA EMPLOYEE
This permit is $15 per month and allows ONLY Washington Plaza Employees to park in the Washington Plaza Employee Parking Lot, spaces 14-27 and 31-32 ONLY. In addition, with this permit Washington Plaza employees can park in the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Downtown Parking Garage marked “Permit Only” and in Designated Employee Parking Areas. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon availability.
WASHINGTON PLAZA EMPLOYEE W/ SAFEWAY DESIGNATION
This permit is $15 per month and allows ONLY Washington Plaza Safeway Employees to park in the Washington Plaza Employee Parking Lot, spaces 1-7, 9-13 ONLY. In addition, with this permit Washington Plaza employees can park in the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Downtown Parking Garage marked “Permit Only” and in Designated Employee Parking Areas. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon availability.

STEP TWO:
Select I need to register as a new permit holder to create a user name and password.
STEP THREE:
Select a permit type from the drop down list.
STEP FOUR:
Complete the Vehicle Schedule section and select Request Permit to continue to permit summary.
STEP FIVE:
Select the permit you have entered and click on Pay for Selected Permits when you are ready to pay.
OR:
To add multiple permits select Request a New Permit until you have the desired quantity and then click on Pay for Selected Permits
STEP SIX:
Enter your credit card information and Complete Payment.

You must be fully paid before you can park in the garage on the first day of each month. If you are not paid and do not have current vehicle license information in the new permit system, you may receive a parking citation. Please ensure your receipt and/or invoice have the appropriate license plate number, as we will not waive any parking citations starting July 1, 2018.
